What type of mediums do you specialize in?
I specialise in traditional mediums graphite and watercolour.
Why do the artwork take so long to create?
Fine art takes quite a while to create. I can assure you that it is worth waiting for. Another factor is that I may be working on multiple commissions. I send progress shots of the artwork via email.
Do you do custom animal/pet portraits?
Absolutely!
Do you do painting of architectural buildings and/or landscapes?
I don't get too many requests for architectural buildings and/or landscape paintings. But I can certainly paint them if the reference photo is clear.
Do you accept photograph taken from a cellphone?
Yes, as long as the photo shows the subject(s)' features clearly enough for me to use as a reference. Please do not send pixelated photographs.
What is your refund policy?
• Original Graphite and Watercolour Portraits (Any Size): I am not responsible for any damage during shipping, but if client wants a refund, the artwork must be returned to me by mail or in-person (local clients). Once I've received it back, only then client will get the refund. If artwork is lost during shipping, unless client can provide proof (i.e. official letter/email from postal service) that the artwork did not reach its destination, no refunds will be given due to the nature of the item (original artwork).
Where do you ship to?
• At this time I can only ship original artwork to Canada, US, Europe and some parts of Asia.
• I am not responsible for any added fees for items that go through Customs.
Can I use the artwork for commercial purposes?
Once client received the paid artwork, client may use the artwork for both personal and commercial. Though, I would appreciate it if client properly credit me as the artist.
